Aecooly Warranty Policy

All Aecooly products sold in Malaysia are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • Valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice, order confirmation) is required.
  • In the event of a valid warranty claim, a one-to-one product replacement will be provided.
  • The replacement unit will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.

If the product experiences a performance-related failure under normal usage, a one-to-one whole-unit replacement will be provided by Aecooly’s authorized resellers and Nove (M) Sdn Bhd.

⚠️ The replacement unit will inherit the original product's remaining warranty period. The warranty does not reset with the replacement.

Warranty Coverage (Performance Issues)

Warranty service is applicable only for performance-related issues not caused by human error, including:

  • Product fails to power on
  • Charging failure or abnormal charging
  • Fan not operating properly
  • PCB/control board malfunction
  • Faults due to internal material or manufacturing defects

Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

Situations Not Covered by Warranty

1. Improper Use or Human-Caused Damage

  • Abnormal or improper use
  • Purchase from unauthorized resellers or unofficial channels
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Physical damage such as dropping, crushing, liquid ingress, or submersion
  • Damage caused by storage in high temperature, humidity, or corrosive environments

2. Cosmetic Wear & Consumable Parts

  • Scratches, paint peeling, or surface wear from regular use
  • Aging of the display or buttons
  • Damaged seals
  • Battery short-circuiting, bulging, or swelling
  • Evidence of tampering with batteries or internal components

How to Apply for After-Sales Service

  1. Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, order screenshot)
  2. Take photos or videos of the defective product and briefly describe the issue
  3. Contact Aecooly Malaysia Exclusive Distributor (support@nove.my / +60 12 331 3855).
  4. Customer service will respond with a solution within 1–10 business days
